About Us

S&B Designs is the brainchild of two neighbors in that met in Connecticut, Deb and Terrie.  Together, these two creative souls traverse a variety of antique shows (our favorite is the 5-day Brimfield Antique Show extravaganza held 3 times a year in Massachusetts) and yard/garage/thrift sales in search of chenille bedspreads to use in our pillow designs and unique glass plate offerings. 

Terrie’s talent and love for sewing was evident in the variety of pillows that S&B Designs offered.  Deb’s talents are just as creative, but do not involve a sewing machine (yet)!  Rather, the fabric-backed plates offered here, created without a thread or needle, are designed to be functional, decorative and fun!

Terrie and Deb’s craft business took a turn recently—when each moved to different parts of the country.  S&B Designs  and the fabric-backed plates continues, however!

S&B Designs plans to participate in several craft shows throughout the year.  As dates are finalized, we will post them on this page so that you may have the opportunity to see our products in person.
