How to Purchase

Items are available for sale through S&B Designs’ website.   Plates can be created according to your needs.  Typically, the fabric we use for the plates can be reordered.  If we do not have any of the fabric in stock that you have requested for your plates, please be assured that we will notify you. 

All products will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days when PayPal is used as the form of payment.  If you choose not to take advantage of PayPal, you may also pay for your purchase using personal check or money order; do not use the “Add to Cart” buttons.  Please contact us and let us know which product you are interested in.  We will respond to your inquiry within 3 to 4 business days, providing you with the total cost and address for sending payment.

RETURN POLICY

We’re so certain that you’ll be happy with your purchase from S&B Designs, that we offer a generous return policy.  If you are unhappy with our products, please return them for a full refund of the price of the items (less shipping costs) within 7 business days.  You may also exchange items for another product and pay only the difference (if any).
